Make Pasta From Scratch
Enjoy a cozy pasta class in your own home, where you and your guests will learn to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch—each paired with a delicious sauce. I bring all the ingredients and equipment needed for the class, so we can focus on cooking and learning together.
You simply provide the kitchen space and tableware. Depending on the size of your kitchen, the class can accommodate up to 8 participants.
With plenty of hands-on guidance, you’ll shape, cook, and finish the dishes yourselves while enjoying a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic alternative.
We end the evening the Italian way: sitting down together to enjoy the meal we’ve prepared. You’ll also receive the recipes so you can recreate the pasta and sauces in your own kitchen.
Prices
The pasta class is priced at 690 DKK per person and includes all ingredients, the use of pasta-making equipment, hands-on instruction, and recipes to take home. I travel to your home and bring everything needed to run the class.
To make it worthwhile for smaller groups, a minimum booking equivalent to 4 participants applies.
The class takes place in your home in the Copenhagen area. Travel within Copenhagen and nearby municipalities is included. For locations further away, a small travel fee may apply.
